<p><em>Yoga is a way to connect oneself God. The term ‘yoga’ can be found in various sruti and smerti texts. Specifically, yoga described Indian philosophy (darsana), otherwise known as the sutras composed by Maharsi Patanjali. Patanjali's teachings emphasize devotion God (Isvara). Only Bhakti Yogis (one who practice discipline of yoga) attain eternal happiness free from any disease or suffering (klesa). Patanjali systematically compiles that must carried out Yogis, namely implementing Astanga Yoga which emphasizes reciting holy script OM symbol form Nirguna Brahman. This achieved through Raja divided into two parts. First, bahiranga includes Yama, niyama, Asana, Pranayama pratyahara. called indirect external help. Second, antaranga Dharana, Dhyana Samadhi, direct help within.</em></p><p><em>Yoga adalah jalan untuk menghubungkan diri kepada Tuhan, kata dapat ditemukan di berbagai teks maupun smerti. Secara spesifik dijelaskan dalam filsafat India atau dikenal dengan sutra yang disusun oleh Ajaran menekankan tentang Tuhan Hanya para Yogi (seseorang menjalankan disiplin mencapai kebahagiaan abadi tidak terikat dari segala penyakit penderitaan menyusun secara sistematis harus dilakukan Yogi, yaitu melaksanakan dalamnya mengucapkan aksara suci sebagai simbol wujud Hal tersebut ditempuh melalui dibagi menjadi dua bagian.
